Former Bolton Wanderers’ favourites are the latest ex-footballers to sign up as team captains for our upcoming PFA & Children Today Challenge Cup Weekend.

John McGinlay, Tony Kelly and Neil Pointon are set to join other well-known sports stars former Liverpool FC goalkeeper Bob Bolder and ex-West Brom and Wolves’ striker Don Goodman at the weekend event in June.

Tony Kelly comments: “I’m privileged to have been asked to represent both BWFC and the PFA at what should be an exciting weekend of fun and laughter while raising money for a wonderful cause.

“You never lose your competitive edge and this event is no different. I’ll be going there to make sure my team wins! If I don’t manage to get the win, as long as I beat Super John I’ll be happy!”
