How to Apply

Call us on 01244 335622 to discuss your needs and request an application form.

Once you have received the form, you will be requested to:

  • Obtain a reference from someone who works with your child in a professional capacity (occupational therapist, teacher, social worker, doctor, etc)
  • Provide a pro forma invoice or quotation from the supplier of the equipment
  • Provide some basic financial information

Simply return the application form along with the supporting information to Children Today.
