A delighted Ruth Thompson, fundraiser at Children Today, recently attended a cheque presentation and commented: “We were delighted when we were approached by Swansway. This donation will improve the lives of several children in the area, living with disabilities, by providing the equipment they desperately need to improve their daily living”.

The donation made by Swansway Garages will provide a range of equipment including individually adapted wheelchairs, walking aids, specialised tricycles, adapted car seats and a wide range of communication aids and sensory equipment.

David Smyth, a Director of Swansway Garages added: “We are extremely proud to assist Children Today with this donation. The cause is close to our hearts and matches the Swansway Group core values of being Caring, Honest and Proud. We look forward to meeting the children and young people at the equipment handovers and following their progress.”
