It’s been really difficult to contain our excitement over the last few months whilst negotiations have been in progress. But, now, we are all absolutely delighted to announce that The Morgan Foundation has chosen Children Today to be the beneficiary of The Morgan Foundation Charity Golf Day and Gala Dinner to be held at the fabulous Carden Park Hotel on Friday, 25th May 2012. The Morgan Foundation was created by Steve Morgan in 2001 and supports many charities across North Wales, Merseyside, West Cheshire and North Shropshire. In common with Children Today, the Foundation’s aim is “to make a difference”, particularly to those suffering from disability or disadvantage.

Thanks to The Morgan Foundation’s significant support, Children Today will be able to provide many more sick and disabled children and young people with the specialised equipment that is so very vital to their on-going development. Behind the scenes, lots of preliminary work has already taken place to ensure that as many children and young people as possible will benefit from The Morgan Foundation’s support.

On behalf of all the Trustees and staff at Children Today, we would like to wish Steve Morgan and the Foundation every success, for what promises to be, an absolutely amazing fundraising event next Friday, 25th May. The anticipation is palpable.

We are very excited to be working together with The Morgan Foundation to “make a difference” now and to develop and continue our relationship so that many more children and young children can be helped in the future.
