Risky Rowathon raises over £1,800 for Children Today charity

Chester based company Risk Services North West Ltd, have raised over £1,800 for disabled children’s charity, Children Today after undertaking a ‘Rowathon’. At the Total Fitness gym on Wednesday 16th March in Chester staff from the commercial insurance brokers rowed the whopping 110km length of the River Dee on two rowing machines.
The Rowathon was part of a year-long partnership between Risk Services North West Ltd and Children Today which was kicked off in November 2015 with the insurance company MD, Steve Lowe, undertaking a Sponsored Shark Dive for the charity.
Children Today are a Chester based charity that fund specialised equipment for disabled children to help them reach their full potential. The charity is based in Chester Gates Business Park and has been running for over 20 years.
